I had my party at the hotel yesterday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Everything was beautifully arranged, and I really enjoyed every moment. My guests were also very happy and had such a great time. I especially want to highlight Mira—she was incredibly kind, sweet, and thoughtful throughout the entire event. I will remember my stay for the staff which were always taking care of, is it room service (Yahiya, Khaira)or at reception or the food counter, especially Mohammed mustafa and his team for taking care of my food since they served with some good alternatives when I was only looking for vegetarian food. Maybe it's not in the city centre but the hotel is really good. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are heavenly and the staff very friendly and helpful. Surely recommend.
The hotel is at a very good locatio. My overall experience was good just few issues: Breakfast buffet is limited. Bathroom slope of some rooms is wrongly constructed. My colleague got electric shock on touching the kettle.

A very nice short stay for business. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops and coffee shops within 3 to 5 minutes max, literally max. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. The room size is just fine and the bed and the pillows are very comfy. In general it's a nice cozy hotel to stay in during business trips. Special thanks to Mr. Usama and Ms. Rima at reception for their kindness, professionalism and positive attitude. Well done
